Terms And Conditions All our products come with a full 12 month guarantee against faulty manufacture or material from the manufacturers themselves. For Advice, sales and Service needs our lines are manned during normal office hours from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (We are closed for all Bank Holidays ). Please note the warranty does not cover consumables such as bulbs and tyres or maintenance requirements caused by undue care or accidental damage such as flat batteries or punctures. As a result a minimum call out fee will be charged and subjected to additional parts and labour charges. VAT: You will not have to pay VAT if you can declare that you are chronically sick or disabled. Chronically sick means that you have an illness that is likely to last a long time e.g. Arthritis or Angina. Disabled means substantially and permanently handicapped by illness or injury. You do not have to be registered disabled to claim relief from VAT. If you need more advice please contact your local VAT office or Telephone us in normal office hours. (Please note that a VAT exemption form will be sent to you when a purchase is made if it is not returned to us we reserve the right to charge the VAT at a later date to you.) |
